Its The Future Man

The two things I found interesting about the presentation on Monday was how difficult it can be to get published and also how we learned you don’t have to be a genius author to write a book. Its something anyone can do. One question I have is how much money can you make from a children’s book because those don’t seem like they’d be too hard to make. In one year Id like to be in college. In 5 years Id like to be on the track to whatever career I want. In 10 years Id like to have a steady job. In 50 years I don’t know what I want. Il probably just be chillin on my yacht. I think no matter what you plan ten years from that point its gonna be totally different than you imagined it.

  1. Hello there,
I thought you raised some good questions and would also be interested in how much a typical author makes off of a children's book. I would also agree that life never turns out how we plan and we just have to make do with what we have. You gave good and meaningful advice. Keep it up!

  2. I think you're right to expect your plans to change and evolve over time...Like Dan from the movie says, "Plan to be surprised."
